Most ON & OFF sounds in smartphones, portable speakers, etc, lack a natural touch. Some are too electronic, although they don’t need to be.

From a “Sonic Branding” perspective, On/Off sounds are important for a company to identify its product while connecting with the target audience.

These ones I made were inspired by nature (rain, autumn leaves, wind). Did many similar beeps before for private clients (mostly to be used in website notifications) but not as “natural” as these ones.
